This website is operated by Civil Visuals Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number company number — to supply, whose registered office is at registered office address — to supply. VAT number VAT number — to supply, or confirm not VAT registered. “Scelta” is a trading name and brand of Civil Visuals Limited.
2. Using this site
You may view and use this site for your own information and to evaluate working with us. You agree not to:
- use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any system connected to it, or interfere with its normal operation;
- systematically extract, scrape, republish or reuse content from the site without our written permission;

All content on this site — including imagery, computer-generated imagery, renders, films, text, layout, design and code — is owned by Civil Visuals Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Vehicles, marques and third-party brands shown in project work remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for portfolio purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written consent. The display typeface (Instrument Serif) is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
4. No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Portfolio and marketing content is illustrative of our work and capabilities and does not form part of any contract. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
5. Third-party services and links
Our interactive configurator, where made available to you, streams real-time content using third-party infrastructure (including Arcware Cloud). Any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or inability to use this site.
